Registration Information

Can I register in person at the event?

No, registrations are accepted only online. We encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information and to take advantage of the pre-conference networking opportunities available to registered attendees on the My Conference attendee portal.

Will the Conference close registration at any point?

Due to the popularity of the event, we recommend that you register early as there is always the possibility that the event will sell out.

What is included in my registration fee?

The registration fee allows access to all events and functions during the event and includes: conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as specified in the program.

Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?

No, it does not.

How is my registration confirmed?

After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

Can co-authors participate free?

No, all authors and co-authors have to register if they would like to participate at the conference.

 

Discounts

Do you have discounts for early-bird registration?

Is a group discount available?

No, discounts apply to early-bird registration pricing.

Who can use the discount for low-income countries?

If your affiliation (University, research institute) is based in a low-income country, you can apply for that special discount. However, if you were born in a low-income country but your affiliation (University, research institute) is based outside of the given low-income countries, you can’t apply for special discount.

 

Accommodation

Do you provide accommodation for the participants?

No, you have to find your own accommodation.
