Online payment
Online payment is available with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will receive an email (please check all of your folders including spam!) within 24 hours from Hype Media Group (conference organizing partner of ELTE and ATEE) with a pro forma invoice and a link which redirects you to the secured online payment site of the company. After the payment, you receive the final invoice.
Invoicing
Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Organization Committee will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received between one calendar month and 10 working days before a conference starts will normally receive a 50% refund, less an administration fee set by the Organising Committee and agreed by ATEE. Any cancellations received less than 10 working days before a conference starts will not normally be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be available for any registrants who choose not to attend an event.
- Only cancellations made in writing, i.e. by letter or e-mail, and received by the cancellation deadline set out in this guidance will be accepted.
- Cancellations can only be made by the person or organization who paid the registration fee.
- Refunds will be paid via bank transfer to the person or organization who paid the registration fee.
